Job Summary

• The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in various braiding techniques, creative, neat, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality services.
• You will be responsible for providing professional hair braiding services while ensuring excellent client satisfaction and maintaining the salon's standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional braiding services to clients, including various traditional and contemporary braid styles.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure all hairstyles are neat, well-finished, and completed to a high professional standard.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstations.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive client experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Keep up with current hair and beauty trends and techniques.
• Work effectively as part of a salon team.
• Handle client appointments and service schedules professionally.
• Follow all salon policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional braider or hairstylist.
• Strong knowledge of different braiding techniques and hairstyles.
• Excellent attention to detail and neatness.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• A portfolio of previous work is an advantage.
