About the Role Full‑Time Professor of Law at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Sonora Norte, Hermosillo. The role centers on educating professionals in law and social sciences with humanistic and ethical focus, leveraging technology and global perspectives, and contributing to the launch and growth of the Law degree program on campus. What You'll Do
- Exert excellence in teaching law in areas such as Technology, AI and Law; Obligations; International Commercial Law and/or Trade; and Corporate Law.
- Guide students through practical projects and challenges related to topics of specialization.
- Supervise and evaluate students.
- Create teaching materials, design programs and case studies to enhance learning.
- Be an inspiring leader of faculty and students in training, teaching, and exploring ethical and technological dilemmas.
- In launching the Law degree at Campus Sonora Norte, collaborate with the Regional Deanery, Campus Director, faculty teams and School of Social Sciences & Government to strengthen teaching–learning, student attraction, faculty integration and community ties with the regional/local ecosystem.
- Contribute to student attraction, selectivity and scholarship awarding, create memorable educational experiences, and integrate the faculty under the institutional educational model.
- Build a strong disciplinary community on campus. What We're Looking For
- Doctorate in Law or related fields (ideally abroad), and Masters in Law or a specialized area; Licenciado/a en Derecho.
- Broad knowledge and training in legal education.
- Teaching experience and vocation in: Technology, AI and Law; Obligations; International Commercial Law/Trade; Corporate Law; and related areas.
- Publications in books/articles/chapters in Law or related fields.
- Experience engaging with regional/local communities and strengthening institutional positioning.
- Practical experience as mediator, consultant, lawyer, litigator or advisor in the areas listed above.
- Proven leadership, results orientation and strategic vision for academic growth.
- Advanced English and ability to teach in English.
- Willingness to drive changes and transform Mexico through education. Nice to Have
- International experience studying or training abroad.
- Experience with the Tec 21 educational model.
