Job title: Produktionsleiter
Description: Lear Bremen plant Production Leader responsible for the entire production organization, including the C-Line, AC-Line, Sifi-Line and APS montage. You will drive quality, delivery dates, production costs and productivity to achieve site goals and work closely with customers, leadership and cross-functional teams to secure the site’s sustainable success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the entire production including the C-Line, AC-Line, Sifi-Line and APS assembly areas.
- Control quality, delivery dates, production costs and productivity to meet plant goals.
- Actively participate in the plant leadership circle and contribute to strategic development of the site.
- Serve as central point of contact for customers on production-related matters.
- Plan and monitor budgets and cost centers and ensure target achievement.
- Lead, motivate and develop employees and ensure required qualifications.
- Continuously optimize internal production processes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure occupational safety, order, cleanliness and compliance with quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production or manufacturing technology or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in production, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, automation solutions and Industry 4.0 approaches.
- Excellent knowledge of quality and management systems IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Very good German and English language skills; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
