About the Role Volt is hiring for a Production Worker in Dekalb, IL to support warehouse operations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity focused on receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inspecting, and loading inventory while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Unload trucks and receive/locate inventory
- Pick product from inventory and stage product for loading
- Inspect orders/products and load trucks for shipment
- Scan/label inventory using RF scanner
- Pick/Pack/Sort inventory in warehouse
- Exceed production and safety standards
- Maintain/Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks and other powered equipment
- Perform general labor as needed What We're Looking For

- Availability for full-time hours Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.50-$18.50 per hour with a major wage increase after 720 hours
