About the Role Volt is hiring a Production Worker in Danville, KY to support warehouse operations. This full-time, contract role involves picking/packing, receiving and stocking inventory, and pulling orders for outbound shipments in an air-conditioned warehouse. The position requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and meeting production goals. What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and sort inventory in the warehouse.
- Receive, process, and stock inventory from incoming shipments.
- Pull orders for outbound shipments.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform general labor as needed, moving product throughout the warehouse.
- Meet or exceed production standards while maintaining safety.
- Be available for weekend work and occasional overtime; shifts include 1st and 2nd shifts: 6 am–2 pm or 7 am–3 pm; 3:30 pm–12 am.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Location: Danville, KY. What We're Looking For
- No experience required.
- Comfortable walking/standing for the entire shift.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional overtime.
- Able to pass pre-screening eligibility requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with: Warehouse Work, Manufacturing, General Labor, Order Pick/Pack. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $15.00–$16.50 per hour.
