About the Role Volt is hiring multiple Production Worker positions in Garden Grove, CA for several shifts and manufacturing areas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with overtime available as needed. Open roles include Automatic Grind/Deburring - 1st and 2nd shifts, Die Room Attendant - 1st shift, Tool Makers - 2nd shift, Headerman Operator - 2nd shift, Metal Wash Operator - 3rd shift, Hot Press Operator - 2nd shift, Threadroll Operator - 1st and 2nd shifts, and Machinist - 2nd shift. What You'll Do
- Operate and support assigned production processes on your shift following documented procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform setup, operation, and basic maintenance tasks where applicable (grinders, washers, presses, dies, tooling) and report any quality issues.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and attendance policies; participate in required training. What We're Looking For
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required; entry-level roles available.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed; available for 1st (4:00 am - 2:30 pm), 2nd (2:15 pm - 10:45 pm), or 3rd shift (8:00 pm - 4:30 am).
- Reliable, with strong attendance and teamwork; basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Nice to Have
- Prior experience in die work, machining, grinding, deburring, or tooling is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn multiple production tasks and cross-train. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: 18.00-27.00 per hour, DOE.
