Job title: Production Worker
About the Role Production Worker focusing on milling, responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting milling equipment to support manufacturing production lines and product quality. The role requires following SOPs, safety checks, and collaborating with shifts and other departments.
What You'll Do
- Run the Mill machine according to SOP and suitable for each type of product
- Check production schedules to ensure there are no non-FTQ due to cleaning issue
- Check safety items according to check list before operating to report any unsafe equipment or condition to direct manager for correction
- Report the number of goods (NG, FG, use additives, condition of machine…) to production assistant daily for update
- Report abnormal products or unsafe problems to Leader or Shift leader for correction
- Clean and oversee 5S at working area
- Support other departments
- Directly report to Production Shift Leader
What We're Looking For
- High school or Intermediate's mechanical engineering is referable
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment and powder coating experience is advantageous
- Teamwork and time-management skills; able to meet deadlines
- Active and observant
- Able to work overtime
- Continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
- Powder coating experience (advantage)
