Job title: Production Worker - Mixing
About the Role As Manufacturing Production Workers - Mixing, you will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mixing equipment to support production of various product types. You will report to the Production Shift Leader and contribute to safe, efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Run the Mix machine according to SOP and for each product type
- Control and monitor NG Mix to avoid recurrence of non-good caused by wrong operation
- Check production schedules to ensure there are no non-FTQ issues due to cleaning
- Check safety items according to checklist before operating; report unsafe equipment or conditions to the direct manager
- Report the number of goods (NG, FG, additives used, condition of machine, etc.) to production assistant daily
- Report abnormal products or unsafe problems to Leader or Shift Leader for correction
- Clean and oversee 5S at the working area
- Support other departments
- Directly report to Production Shift Leader
What We're Looking For
- High school or intermediate mechanical engineering is referable
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; powder coating experience advantageous
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to meet timelines
- Active and observant with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime
- Continuous improvement mindset
