About the Role Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the Debone Plant, Dept. 405, on the 1st shift. The role supports the production of quality poultry products in a fully integrated plant, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. What You'll Do
- Set up/tear down workstation and line as required
- Remove tenders from carcass; sort and grade product
- Make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes
- Scale boxed product to the required weight; label boxes per customer specifications
- Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner
- Regularly stand, walk, and reach with hands/arms; lift/move 25-40 pounds
- Work in wet/humid conditions; exposure to moving parts, fumes or airborne particles, and extreme cold; follow safety protocols What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform essential duties in a production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and reach; lift up to 25-40 pounds
- Comfortable working around wet/humid conditions, moving parts, fumes, and cold; safety-conscious
- Effective teamwork and adherence to quality standards Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $16.25 per hour
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
- Pay increases at 30- & 90-days
