Job title: Production Worker - Debone Plant
About the Role Join Bachoco USA as a Production Worker in the Debone Plant on 2nd shift. You will assist in producing quality chicken products by setting up lines, packing, labeling, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. This is a safety-sensitive role with physical demands and exposure to cold, wet conditions, and loud noise.
What You'll Do
- Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required
- Remove tenders from carcass; sort and grade product
- Make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes
- Scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes per customer specifications
- Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands/arms; regular lifting/moving up to 25-40 pounds
- Willingness to work on 2nd shift (time: 4:55 p.m. to EOS) in a loud, wet/cold environment with moving parts and fumes
- Safety-conscious with ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality specs

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $16.25 per hour (USD)
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
- $1/hour night shift premium
