About the Role Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the Debone Plant on the 2nd shift. This role supports the production of quality food products in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. You will perform duties across the line to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required; removes tenders from carcass; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds.
• This is a safety sensitive position. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat.
• Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and customer specifications throughout production.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform essential duties in a production environment and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, reach with hands, and regularly lift/move up to 25-40 pounds.
• Willingness to work on the 2nd shift in a safety-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in wet/humid conditions and around moving parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and high noise levels.

• Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
