About the Role The Production Worker at Bachoco USA performs various unskilled production labor duties at Foods locations, with a Monday-Friday 5:00 PM-2:00 AM schedule. The role is safety-sensitive and may require stepping in for other production staff as needed, under supervision.
What You'll Do
- Perform various unskilled production labor duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Work at assigned workstation or other stations as production needs require; fill in for other production employees during absences, vacations or needs.
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete tasks in a timely manner; adapt to changing production needs.
- Accept other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience or training required.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words, print and speak simple sentences.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions; handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods; regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms; close vision and depth perception.
- Willingness to work a Monday-Friday 5:00 PM-2:00 AM shift.
- Focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
