About the Role Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker to perform various, unskilled production labor duties at Foods locations as assigned by supervision. The role is safety sensitive and requires adaptability to different stations and covering for other production staff as needed. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday evenings, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of unskilled production duties at assigned workstations and, as needed, at other stations with equivalent requirements.
- Fill in for other production employees due to absences, vacations, or production needs.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company policies; observe safety and security procedures.
- Use equipment and materials properly and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure. What We're Looking For
- No prior experience or training required.
- Ability to read a limited number of words and recognize similarities and differences in simple words and numbers; able to print and speak simple sentences.
- Basic reasoning: can follow simple one- or two-step instructions and handle standardized situations with few variables.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, and occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive, manufacturing environment with loud noise, humidity, moving parts, and potential exposure to chemicals.
