About the Role Join Bachoco USA as a Production Worker on the 2nd shift in the Debone Plant. This role supports the production of quality food products across the line, ensuring safety, sanitation, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required

Remove tenders from carcass

Sort and grade product
-
Make boxes
-
Bag finished product
-
Pack bagged product into boxes
-
Tape boxes
-
Scale boxed product to required weight

Label boxes according to customer specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work area

You will stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. Lift/move up to 25-40 pounds. This is a safety-sensitive position and you will be exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, cold temperatures, and a loud environment. Willing to work 2nd shift (4:55 p.m. - EOS) in a production setting

Comfortable working in wet, cold, and loud manufacturing environment; exposure to moving parts, fumes, and chemicals

Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures and maintain sanitary work area

Team-oriented with attention to detail for labeling and packaging to customer specs Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $16.25 per hour

$1/hour weekly attendance incentive and $1/hour night shift premium

Pay increases at 30 and 90 days
