New Starting Pay! Production – Wash Floor Operator (Spencer)

Monday-Thursday Full Time Shifts: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday OT as needed

NEW Starting Pay 17.50/hr

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Startup washers and dryers and operate machines safely

• Load products into washers or dryers

• Remove items from washers and dryers and distribute garments accordingly

• Utilize productivity tracking system to ensure workflow efficiency

• Perform other production duties as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts

• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently

• High attention to detail

• Capable of working efficiently to meet production expectations

• Eager to put forth your best effort each day and support your team

Working Conditions:

• Inside a production facility with industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, etc.)

• Long periods of standing, bending, and reaching

• Facility is not climate controlled; temperatures can vary significantly

• Exposure to moisture and air circulation from fans

• Regular breaks provided
