About the Role Production & Warehouse Workers will join Bosch's Lincolnton, NC facility to support the brazing process for a new production line in the Power Tools division. The role focuses on operating multiple machines, setting parameters, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment on-site to meet daily targets.
What You'll Do
- Work on Brazing process of a new production line in the Lincolnton facility, including loading/unloading, operating, adjusting, change-over, maintaining multiple machines, setting up parameters, quality checks, cleaning machines (including confined spaces), conducting 5S and aiding in troubleshooting/maintenance.
- Adapt to different processes as needed and may travel overseas for training.
- Communicate actively with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
