About the Role Join Bosch Lincolnshire as Production & Warehouse Workers in the Drive and Control Technology division. This on-site role supports production by troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic valves and tooling, reviewing circuits, and enabling safe, efficient manufacturing processes. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic valves and tooling used in production (including two hand sensors, liquid dispensing equipment, pneumatic stamping equipment)
- Review hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic circuits and schematics to troubleshoot test setups and equipment
- Fabricate and assemble shadow boards, racks, and assembly tables
- Disassemble hydraulic valves in a safe and effective manner for troubleshooting
- Perform time and constraint analysis studies
- Place equipment POs in SAP software
- Update documentation in Q-Pulse
- Mentor others in processes and proper test/assembly setups
- Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor What We're Looking For
- Two years associate degree in Engineering and/or applicable experience in machining, tool design and engineering; 1-3 years of experience as a manufacturing technician or related manufacturing role preferred
- Experience in process engineering skill sets: APQP, FMEA, Flow Charts, Control Plans
- Experience in developing manufacturing processes, including assembly and test procedures used in production environment
- Fluid power knowledge a plus; GD&T knowledge required
- Experience with CAD software a plus
- Ability to decipher electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and statistical analysis a plus
- ISO 9001 environment experience a plus
- Must have a strong technical background; able to work independently and in team settings
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, high-impact setting where priorities shift quickly
- Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds; exposure to oil and Loctite; ability to sit/stand/bend/reach as needed Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $25 to $30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Standard schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday–Friday
