Production Warehouse Supervisor

Bio-Rad is looking for a dynamic Production Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials across our production and distribution activities.

In this key leadership role, you will manage warehouse teams, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

What You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse professionals to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and material distribution to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations (SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements).
• Drive operational excellence through inventory accuracy, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Production, Procurement, and Distribution teams to ensure smooth material flow and customer satisfaction.
• Support logistics and manufacturing projects while contributing to cost reduction and warehouse optimization efforts.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) or similar ERP systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive operational efficiencies.
• Ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience:

• Logistics Specialist (CFC/EFZ) or equivalent qualification; Federal Diploma in Logistics is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
• Fluency in French and German; English is an advantage.
