What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by:
- Operating a variety of production equipment and machinery
- Producing high-quality parts while meeting production goals
- Following established safety and quality procedures
- Performing product inspections and quality checks using testing equipment
- Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
- Supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of recent manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime when needed
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
