What you will enjoy doing*
- You will operate and control process units and equipment in the field and from the control station to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations
- Monitor plant performance, identify potential issues, and maintain operational efficiency
- Further,coordinate work requests, permits, and equipment isolations to ensure safe maintenance and return to normal operations
- Communicate with customers and facility management regarding product conditions, process status, and supply availability
- Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures for equipment startup and shutdown to ensure reliability and prevent delays
- Also, apply sound judgment when making process decisions and contribute to developing and updating standard operating procedures

- You will demonstrate a strong commitment to personal safety, environmental accountability, and compliance with all safety programs
- Wear required personal protective equipment, follow lockout/tagout policies, and manage safe work and confined space permits
- Maintain emergency preparedness and support safety inspections, incident reporting, behavior-based safety programs, and training compliance
- Moreover, assist with safe operating procedures, routine maintenance, process safety management, facility housekeeping, and turnaround planning
- Support rotating shifts, on-call responsibilities, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require
- You are able to fulfill physical job requirements, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights, while maintaining a reliable, safety-focused presence during critical operations
