Job title: Production Technician II
Production Technician II in Satanta, KS will assemble and test gas handling systems for Linde customers and internal use, support research and development, and maintain production records. This role requires reading schematics, testing for pressure and leak integrity, and working independently while upholding safety and company policies.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and test various gas handling systems for customers
- Build gas systems for internal use and R&D experimentation
- Read schematics and wiring diagrams proficiently
- Test assemblies for pressure, leak integrity, and functionality per procedures and policies
- Perform onsite work as required and maintain production records and production area cleanliness
- Maintain general goals of the production team and provide technical support as needed
- Perform duties of a shipping clerk when required and demonstrate self-sufficiency and initiative
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical technical experience and basic wiring knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to think creatively
- Self-motivated with solid organizational skills and ability to complete tasks with little supervision
- Understanding of the function, procedures, and processes related to gas handling systems
- Ability to provide technical support while maintaining safety
- Valid driver license with reliable transportation
