Job title: Production Technician - Cleanroom
About the Role A Wafer Fab Operator (Semiconductor Equipment Operator or Cleanroom Technician) plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of microchips, microprocessors, and other semiconductor devices. They work inside a highly controlled, sterile environment called a cleanroom to operate the machinery that prints intricate circuits onto silicon wafers.
What You'll Do
- Operate semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment to print circuits on silicon wafers
- Maintain a controlled, safe production process and follow standard operating procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and quality, and escalate issues as needed
- Adhere to shift schedules and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- No Degree Required
- Willingness to work on first shift (6 AM - 6 PM) and in an on-site cleanroom
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow instructions
Nice to Have
- Experience in wafer fabrication, semiconductor equipment operation, or cleanroom environments (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21 - $30 per hour
