About the Role A production technician with cleanroom experience will operate semiconductor fabrication equipment in a controlled cleanroom to print circuits on silicon wafers. This temp-to-perm role supports the manufacturing of microchips and related devices in a wafer fab environment. What You'll Do
- Operate cleanroom semiconductor equipment to fabricate wafers and ensure process control
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality and yield goals
- Maintain accurate production data, follow safety and cleanroom SOPs, and collaborate with the manufacturing team What We're Looking For
- Cleanroom or semiconductor fabrication experience; ability to work in a controlled environment
- No degree required
- Willingness to work day or night shifts and comply with shift schedules Nice to Have
- Prior wafer fab or cleanroom experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21 - $30 per hour
