Job title: Production Technician
About the Role The Production Technician will join TestLink's Poole facility and contribute to the repair and refurbishment of ATM parts and modules. This hands-on role focuses on dismantling, cleaning, testing, and reassembling electrical and mechanical components, with opportunities to develop fault diagnostics and soldering skills as you progress.
What You'll Do
- Dismantle, assess, clean, repair, test, and reassemble electrical and mechanical components of ATM parts and modules.
- Develop skills in fault diagnostics and soldering, with opportunities to specialize as you progress.
- Work as part of a dynamic team at the Poole facility, contributing to refurbishment of ATM parts.
What We're Looking For
- Bright, eager to learn, and hands-on with a problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in using or learning tools; ability to follow instructions.
- Prior experience in production, repair services, or refurbishment is a bonus.
- Experience in electrical or mechanical environments is desirable but not essential; willingness to discuss transferable skills.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a manufacturing/repair setting.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in electrical or mechanical environments.
- Experience with fault diagnostics and soldering.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary £23,809.50 rising to £24,490.50 after probation (6-month probation).
