Production Technician – Milford, Iowa
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 1:30 am | Friday OT as needed Target launch date in October, would train on 1st shift hours Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4 pm + Friday 6 am - 4 pm
Pay: DOE plus $3.00 per hour shift premium
Job Duties Perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties, including welding, operating production machinery, and transporting materials throughout the facility using a forklift. Follow work orders, production specifications, and safety procedures to ensure quality and efficient production. Assist with material handling, machine operation, and other production tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support overall production goals.
Safety Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Must safely operate forklifts, welding equipment, and manufacturing machinery while following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE. Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
