About the Role Vestas is hiring Production Team Members at the Windsor, Colorado facility for 12-hour evening shifts (6pm-6am) to help manufacture wind turbine blades from fiberglass and other materials. The Windsor blades factory serves the V163-4.5 MW turbine and the 2 MW platform, supporting North American turbines and selective exports. Join a facility with 161 acres and 666,000 square feet of space dedicated to blade production. What You'll Do
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Adhere to Process Work Instructions and perform manual assembly of components (bolts, screws, shafts, bearings) into complete assemblies.
- Strive to exceed production benchmarks by completing tasks within designated timeframes.
- Lift, position, and move materials; load, stack, and transport using hand tools, trucks, cranes, or jibs.
- Read and interpret Work Process Instructions and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Note: the work environment includes latex, epoxy, fiberglass, and fiberglass dust. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Two years of experience in Manufacturing, Trade Labor, Craning, or Fabrication (required).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Basic system skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Apriso) preferred.
- Must pass confined spaces test and respiratory fit test as required.
- Strong safety mindset and teamwork.
- Availability to work 12-hour evening shifts (6pm-6am). Nice to Have

- Pay: $23.50 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and skill set).
