About the Role Join The Hershey Company's Dot's Pretzels production team in Edgerton, KS. This role supports a fast-paced factory environment in the mixing and packaging departments to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in producing Dot's Pretzels products. What You'll Do
- Accurately package and store Dot's Pretzels products in the packaging area.
- Mix and bake food products in a two-department production setting (mixing and packaging).
- Collaborate with team members and follow plant safety and quality procedures to meet production goals.
- Assist with shift transitions and maintain clean, organized workstations. What We're Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Willingness to work B, C, or D shifts as defined (with nightly shift differential).
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and quality SOPs.
- Ability to communicate via phone, email, and text for interview scheduling and updates.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and participate in post-offer background checks and drug screen. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20.25 per hour with a $2 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts; potential increase up to $1 per hour after 6 months of good standing.
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts; shifts B/C/D with specific weekly patterns; schedule assigned based on plant needs.
