- Responsible for training and assessing new team members.
- Responsible for production-related work in the team, scheduling personnel according to production instructions, ensuring all production tasks are completed smoothly.
- Responsible for checking and supervising the execution of process specifications and SOPs during the production process.
- Responsible for checking and supervising team members to fill out production records and related auxiliary records as required.
