Job title: Production Team Leader (Shift Supervisor)
About the Role Responsible for daily management of the team, ensuring production tasks are completed smoothly, supervising the execution of process specifications and SOPs, on-site records, equipment inspections, and safety production, organizing team training and 5S management, handling unexpected faults, and reporting to workshop leaders.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for training and assessing new team members.
- Responsible for production-related work in the team, scheduling personnel according to production instructions, ensuring all production tasks are completed smoothly.
- Responsible for checking and supervising the execution of process specifications and SOPs during the production process.
- Responsible for checking and supervising team members to fill out production records and related auxiliary records as required.
- Responsible for daily inspections of workshop equipment to ensure stable operation.
- Responsible for safety production work in the team, promptly reporting issues and taking proactive measures to eliminate accident hazards. Responsible for organizing team-level safety training.
- Ensure all relevant information within the scope of responsibility is accurately recorded and tracked, and reported to workshop leaders in a timely manner.
- Cultivate skilled front-line operators to ensure that employees in the assigned positions receive appropriate training.
- Responsible for on-site confirmation and signing of work permits and special operation permits.
- Responsible for monitoring management and maintenance of the team's 5S areas.
- Handling unexpected incidents such as equipment failures.
- Obligated to accept other similar tasks assigned by the company and strictly comply with company regulations.
What We're Looking For College degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in the chemical industry, able to understand basic English.
