About the Role Lead a production shift at the Huizhou site, overseeing training, scheduling, and daily operations to meet production targets. Ensure adherence to process instructions and SOPs, maintain safe, compliant operations, and develop frontline operators. What You'll Do
- Train and assess new operators on the shift.
- Schedule personnel based on production directives to ensure tasks are completed.
- Inspect and monitor adherence to process instructions and SOPs.
- Check and supervise production records and related logs.
- Perform daily inspections of workshop equipment to keep it running stably.
- Ensure safety responsibilities are fulfilled: promptly report issues, take corrective actions, and organize team-level safety training.
- Maintain accurate recording of information within scope and report to the shift leader as required.
- Develop frontline operators and ensure on-the-job training for relevant positions.
- Verify and sign off on work tickets and special operation permits on site.
- Monitor and manage the team’s 5S area to keep the workplace organized.
- Handle emergency incidents and equipment faults.
- Be willing to take on similar tasks as assigned and strictly follow company rules.
- When the shift leader is absent, perform the leader’s duties and guide the team to complete production tasks. What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or higher, in a chemical-related field, with 2+ years of chemical industry work.
