Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to perform activities including monitoring, event management, service requests, and engineering. The successful candidate will have foundational experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering, and will work independently to carry out their responsibilities. This role is based in a hybrid model, requiring four days onsite and one day remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

• Open and manage triage bridge lines and update the bridge board as required.

• Engage appropriate teams during incidents.

• Maintain solutions aligned with security, redundancy, and archiving strategies.

• Support client onboarding processes.

• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

• Manage event fulfillment and service requests.

• Support change management activities.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.
