Your Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and further develop your team both professionally and disciplinarily
- Ensure the timely execution of the production program through the optimal use of personnel, equipment, and resources
- Take responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy requirements
- Manage and continuously optimize production workflows, KPIs, and processes in line with Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP) principles
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, employee reviews, and development discussions
- Support production planning and assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations
