Your role at Clorox:
The individual will need a track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Primary skills include developing people, leading safety, improving quality and service, delivering cost results, launching new product introductions, managing change, and driving continuous improvement.
2nd Shift (overnight) 4:30pm-5am M, Tu, W Rotating every 3rd Sunday
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate resources needed to drive operations (safety, quality, production, people development and accountability) and assure follow-up actions are identified and completed. Ensure that effective daily management systems are in place to drive to root cause and process centered interventions.
