Key Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.

Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap, safety incidents) to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and develop high-performance teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong safety culture.

Ensure proper resource allocation, staffing, and shift coverage.
