About the Role Health Wright Products located at Clackamas, OR is an extension of IFF Inc. with a philosophy built on the integrity and quality of our people, services and facilities. The Clackamas site is committed to driving innovation and operational excellence to supply consumer ready dietary supplements in the probiotic, enzyme and botanical categories. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Supervisor - Packaging. This role focuses on supervising packaging operations, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on adherence to manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise packaging operations in a cGMP dietary supplement manufacturing environment per established procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels for expendables and components used in the manufacturing process.
  • Document employee activities in terms of performance, corrective action, and attendance.
  • Review and sign off work orders (e.g., cleanings, setup, beginning of runs, ends of runs, etc.).
  • Review batch records and associated documentation for completeness, legibility, and correctness.
  • Work with quality control to effectively identify, document, and help resolve quality and production issues as needed.
  • Support cross-functional work with other production departments and on-site support functions.
  • Complete daily paperwork associated with team activities and support them in a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Shift: Mon - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm; please note this position could exceed 40 hours per week per business need.

What We're Looking For

  • College Degree OR 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree.
  • Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to read and write & communicate in English.
  • Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance is preferred.
  • A legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check in accordance with HWP standards.
