Role Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, achievement of production targets, product quality, and compliance with safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and production personnel
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets
- Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, and material usage
- Ensure production processes are carried out according to approved procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, warehouse, and other relevant teams
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular production reports
