Production Supervisor

Job title: Production Supervisor

About the Role You will ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies. Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveries. You will also drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and in compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand, maintain stock levels and monitor materials
• Provide training, supervise personnel, support employee development, and promote motivation and empowerment
• Investigate accidents/incidents and complete required reports with accuracy; manage day-to-day employee activities
• Support efficient distribution of products and maintain professional interactions with customers
• Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor asset usage

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience, or 1-2 years of cylinder processor-lead experience preferred
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience leading monthly safety meetings and SOP implementation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 70,304 - 82,000 per year, depending on experience
