Production Supervisor
West Whiteland, PA

The role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading safe production operations and ensuring compliance with site, corporate and regulatory safety standards.
- Coordinating staffing, schedules and resources to achieve production, quality and on-time delivery targets.
- Driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintaining accountability for in-process precious metal materials, including security and inventory control.
- Supporting employee development through training, performance guidance and workforce planning.
- Working with maintenance and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability, productivity and operational performance.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; an Engineering or Technical qualification is advantageous.
- Experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate shift-based teams effectively.
- Flexibility to train across shifts and work a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
