Production Supervisor

About the Role We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders. You will also oversee compliance activities in day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement through CAPA and change proposals. What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day production operations, guide and coach employees, monitor productivity, and ensure equipment safety and maintenance
• Execute batch manufacturing and packaging activities, and generate process order numbers
• Review documentation including BMR, BPR, and logbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance with cGMP
• Maintain product quality through adherence to GMP/GLP and quality systems
• Coordinate training activities via the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Lead incident/deviation brainstorming, investigation, and closure
• implement CAPA actions and change proposals to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production schedules without compromising quality What We're Looking For
• Educational qualification: Diploma or B.Sc. with 3 to 10 years of work experience
• Technical skills: Pas|X, isolator operation, lyophilizer, vial filling; injectable manufacturing and packing; experience with liquid and lyophilized product manufacturing and packing
• Strong understanding of GMP and GLP; knowledge of cGMP principles
• Behavioral: proactive problem-solving, collaboration, effective time management, and strong communication and training skills Nice to Have
• Experience in documenting and reviewing BMR/BPR and logbooks in a regulated environment
