About this role
About the Role We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders. You will also oversee compliance activities in day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement through CAPA and change proposals. What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, guide and coach employees, monitor productivity, and ensure equipment safety and maintenance
- Execute batch manufacturing and packaging activities, and generate process order numbers
- Review documentation including BMR, BPR, and logbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance with cGMP
