About the Role Coordinate and administer the personal activities and the team work assigned in order to obtain the established goals of safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost, using tools and established methods for the detection and response to abnormalities, focused on continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Ensure that the operators comply with work instructions (WIs) through process audits.
- Give talks of 5 minutes at the beginning of the shift.
- Promote work under the “continuous improvement” system, serving as a facilitator.
- Train operators in work instructions.
- Identify and implement improvements in workstations and methods, tools and equipment.
- Respond as a first level to the escalation plan whenever necessary, to try to avoid the stoppage of production lines. What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating personnel activities and the team to achieve security, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost goals using tools and established methods for the detection and response to abnormalities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to conduct process audits and ensure operators comply with work instructions.
- Experience training operators and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to respond to escalation plans and to prevent production stoppages.
