About the Role This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading people, materials, equipment, and processes in order to achieve established safety, quality, delivery, and profit goals while maintaining positive employee relations. They will apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, and efficiency in their areas. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of employees, set direction, and deploy resources to meet or exceed daily production schedules with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Champion safety by ensuring the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and address safety non-compliance with direct reports.
- Monitor assembly production workflows against established standard operating procedures.
