About the Role As Production Supervisor, you will plan and organize production capacity (personnel and equipment), monitor key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5S, scrap, tracking production schedule, attendance and employee satisfaction), respond to production problems, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted customer deliveries. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production team and promote a positive work environment by recognizing employees' efforts toward continuous improvement. You will build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, and maintain morale. You will support company policies, standardized work, rules and regulations, and track corrective actions through proper documentation and reporting. You will maintain daily accounts for time and attendance systems, complete layered audits daily, and ensure corrective actions are implemented on time. You will collaborate in the Environmental Management System according to the matrix of environmental roles and responsibilities. What You'll Do

- Respond to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries
- Support and lead continuous improvement for the production team
- Promote a positive work environment by recognizing employees' efforts toward continuous improvement
- Build effective teams, develop motivation, and commitment, and maintain morale
- Support company policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations, as well as tracking corrective actions by following process and procedures for documentation and reporting
- Maintain daily accounts for time and attendance systems
- Complete layered audits daily and ensure all corrective actions are implemented on time
- Collaborate in the Environmental Management System in accordance with the matrix of environmental roles and responsibilities. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- Proficiency with core tools, SAP, Microsoft Office, Welding
- At least 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing
