About the Role Based at the Martres Tolosane cement plant, you will lead a production team on a 3x8 shift. You ensure safety and compliance, drive performance and coordinate with other services. Outside standard hours you assume operational responsibility of the site and quarry under the on-call framework. What You'll Do
- Lead a production team on 3x8 shifts and manage priorities
- Ensure all interventions are performed safely and in accordance with current procedures
- Organize priorities, monitor activities and provide technical and people support to your team
- Drive performance improvements by challenging team members on key indicators such as throughput, reliability, quality, environmental compliance and procedure adherence
- Ensure compliance with production, quality and environmental requirements and maintain fluid communication with other services
- Outside opening hours (nights, weekends and holidays) assume operational responsibility for the site and quarry under the on-call duty
- Demonstrate versatility and transversal skills and maintain autonomy beyond normal hours What We're Looking For
- Bac +2 minimum
- Significant experience in cement manufacturing processes and in supervising a team
- Demonstrated leadership with exemplarity, strong organizational sense and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across services, with a strong safety mindset
