About the Role Lead the 2nd shift at the Roscommon plant, supervising manufacturing personnel to ensure quality, safety, productivity, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery. You’ll ensure teams have the training, tools, and equipment needed to perform quality work within allotted timeframes.
What You'll Do
- Supervise manufacturing personnel and operations to meet quality, safety, productivity, schedule and delivery goals daily.
- Ensure manpower at optimum levels, including vacation scheduling, and adjust schedules as necessary for material or people shortages.
- Maintain timely and orderly production; treat all people with fairness and respect; enforce policies and procedures.
- Train and develop subordinates; mediate conflicts; coach and mentor.
