Job title: Production Sorter
About the Role Volt is immediately hiring for multiple Production Sorters in Garden Grove, CA. As a Production Sorter, you will be sorting small screws in a production environment, performing repetitive light work. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
What You'll Do
- Sort small screws and perform repetitive light work in a production environment.
- Maintain pace and accuracy while following safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets during your shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM).
What We're Looking For
- Must be able to complete a background and drug screen.
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with potential overtime on weekends.
- Ability to perform repetitive light-duty tasks in a production setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
