About the Role Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus Kykkos plant is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead and manage the Production Department, ensuring planning, organization, supervision and control of production activities while upholding company quality standards. What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards and health & safety regulations.
- Support, guide and evaluate the team; provide feedback.
- Organize production plans.
- Lead corrective and preventive maintenance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Prepare shift production reports. What We're Looking For
- ATEI or university degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Teamwork, customer-centric approach, organization and autonomy. Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a factory, especially in the food or beverage industry.
- SAP knowledge. Compensation & Benefits
- Total monthly gross salary: €2,150 including the cost of living allowance (COLA), adjusted per applicable regulations.
