About the Role
The Production Shift Lead oversees shift powder production to ensure compliance with specifications, GMP standards, and on-time delivery while maintaining team discipline, safety, and 5S practices. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll monitor KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and corrective actions. What You'll Do

Manage all shift powder production activities to ensure products are produced according to specifications, work instructions, GMP, and delivered accordingly.

Maintain discipline and positive behavior of the team.

Ensure tidiness and 5S standards are fully and constantly respected and implemented.

Drive the shift production team to meet production schedule and customer delivery commitments.

Coordinate with related departments (QC, Procurement/Technical/Supply Chain/Maintenance) to implement scheduled preventive maintenance and repair activities.

Monitor KPIs on the shift (OEE, Cycle time, AMU) and prepare shift-based reports.

Follow safety regulations and implement risk reduction at all times.

Support the Production Manager to improve manufacturing processes.

Participate in CAIR / Quality Failure corrective actions.

Analyze measurement data and provide improvements through statistical analysis.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.

Minimum 3 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment; powder coating experience is advantageous.

Ability to communicate in local language and basic English.

Hands-on production experience and people management skills.

On-the-job training skills.

Innovative and continuous improvement mindset.

Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Lean Six Sigma basic will be an advantage. Nice to Have

Powder coating experience (advantageous).
