Job Description
Position Summary
- Production line in charge of overseeing Switch Gear Production at Ambernath Annex factory.
- Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for gaps.
- Resource management – human, material
- Drive continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system)
- Ensure quality products are delivered.
- Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.
- On the job training to new operators.
- Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.
- Coordination with store and purchase for material requirement.

Qualifications
- B.E / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Production.
- Production management
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
- Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
- Understanding of Lean principles.
- 4 to 8 years experience in manufacturing industry managing assembly line.
- LV (Low Voltage) switchgear experience is Mandatory
- Competitor company : ABB , Techno craft , Schneider , Marine Electricals
- Exp 4-8 years
- Grade – P2
- Location - Ambernath.
- Notice period : Immediate to 60 days
- Shift working: 7am - 3:30pm, 3pm-11pm, 11 PM -7 AM
