Production Scheduler
We are seeking a Production Scheduler to translate production plans into executable schedules while balancing customer demand, material availability, inventory, and production capacity. This role works closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure smooth production execution and on-time delivery.
What you´ll do
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, backlog, and capacity.
- Convert planned orders into process orders and manage production order updates in SAP, PFS+, and PPS.
- Monitor schedule execution, identify risks or delivery gaps, and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate production planning activities with Production, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and assess scheduling impacts.
- Drive improvements in schedule adherence, inventory performance, operational stability, and customer service.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with SAP, PFS+, or other ERP/planning systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to interpret demand, inventory, material availability, and production capacity data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal English; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
