About the Role The Production Scheduler will be focused on the development of manufacturing operating plans to optimize manufacturing capabilities. This role is responsible for defining shipping plans, managing supplier shortfalls, and ensuring order coherence to support on-time production. It requires cross-functional collaboration to maximize production efficiency and throughput. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain manufacturing operating plans (MOP) to optimize production capacity.
- Monthly define shipping plan and manage shipping commitments.
- Manage supplier shortfalls and ensure order coherence, including handling change orders and critical constraints options (CCOs).
- Monitor option take rates and product phase in/out; adjust production plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; OR High School Diploma/GED with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in production planning, MOP processes, and shipping planning.
- Ability to manage supplier shortfalls, change orders, CCOs, and related constraints.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $62,475 - $83,300 per year plus applicable bonus.
