Job title: Production Runner (VB Amphitheater)
About the Role As a runner in the production department, you will support transportation and logistics for tours at the VB Amphitheater. This role involves driving vehicles for the tour on show dates and coordinating crew needs to ensure smooth event operations.
What You'll Do
- Transport crew to airports and shuttles to hotels before, during, and after shows.
- Purchase various products/materials the tour may require at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center, etc.).
- Facilitate crew meal orders after shows with local restaurants.
- Coordinate laundry pickups with the tour.
- Perform on-site duties at the venue (signage, catering assistant, chef assistant, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Must pass a background check.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and provide a copy of your DMV record.
- Able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods.
- Familiar with the local area and store locations a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level; Be able to perform job duties in various weather situations.
